Delighted to offer the next session of Soul Service Sangha: A Holy Fire Reiki Sound Journey on 10/5 6-7:30 pm at kevalawellnessandayurvedaJoin me, Raa’na of Touch Of Light Wellness for your monthly dose of in-person energy and spiritual hygiene. Assisted by my highest team of light, I will facilitate a group Holy Fire Reiki experience accompanied by a Sound Healing Journey sure to transport you to your inner cave of healing waters. Tapping into Holy Fire Karuna Reiki, Light Language and the healing powers of the Alchemy Ankhs I’ll be weaving a perfect symphony of frequencies for your healing, cleansing, guidance and empowerment. Nourishing tea will be served to help us ground and attune inward.
The Reiki Sound Journey is meant to restore balance to the energy within and around your body, as well as your physical body, while removing any energy blocks that may have built up to promote healing, cleansing, grounding and rejuvenation.
Some of the benefits associated with these sessions range from relaxation and stress reduction to pain relief, reduced blood pressure, reduced anxiety and depression, better sleep, an improved sense of wellbeing, increased self-esteem and confidence, a more positive outlook and a greater sense of connection with yourself and the external environment.
