Candlelight Metal Yoga

Classes are donation based.

Please arrive 10-15min early for check in. Class begins at 7pm sharp.
Be prepared to sweat and stretch, workout attire highly recommended. New to yoga? Not to worry! Class is for all levels, yoga blocks recommended. The class is in the style of Vinyasa.

Alex's Bar hosts us and because the venue is a bar we ask that participants are 21+. The bar is closed for service on Mondays but open for 1 hour for metal yoga only.

You'll get the same experience as a yoga studio with the benefit of listening to your favorite doom/sludge/drone and stoner metal songs in a gorgeous haunting venue.
