Soul Serenade

Join us for Soul Serenade as a five part series! We will delve into the power of the elements: wind, fire, earth, aether and water. Through breathwork, energy clearing, and sound healing, we will tap into the spiritual forces that connect us to the universe and to our inner selves.

Immerse yourself in an experience that will leave you feeling aligned and revitalized, as we harness the energy of the elements to cultivate a deeper connection to our spirit and the earth. Release, renew, and rejuvenate in this transformative event that will leave your soul singing.

Breathwork prep:

- This will feel like a workout, you don’t want to eat a heavy meal right beforehand, but also don’t come on an empty stomach

- Avoid caffeine at least 1-2 hours prior

- Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t feel constrictive, especially around the midsection

-Bring: water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, sleep mask or scarf to cover eyes; optional: journal, crystals

Please arrive ten minutes early to find a good spot to get comfortable in and make any restroom stops if needed, we will begin and end on time to be respectful of your time and the studio’s.
