Women have always gathered in circle. Circle provides a space to freely express ourselves, a place to connect with others and to find a sense of authentic community that is so often craved in our busy day to day lives.We gather to be held in the support of community, to share our stories and to hear our voices reflected back through the experience of sisterhood. By giving voice to our thoughts and experiences we sink into the rich tapestry of life, whilst safely held with tenderness and witnessed without judgement, we are guided back to the steady centre within ourselves.
As we move through darker half of the year, I look forward to weaving the magic of storytelling into our women’s circle. I invite you to join me on this journey – welcoming the warm, nourishing embrace of folklore, myth, poetry and archetypes. Story provides an anchor, an antidote to disempowerment and a way to touch the magic and wisdom which flows beneath the surface of our everyday lives.
Each circle will cultivate inner enquiry, offering a time for self-reflection and rest, whilst also gently inviting you to share free from judgement or expectation.

Dates and details:
Each circle will take place at Jenna Blair Yoga in Belle Vue (Shrewsbury) from 6-8.30pm. The cost is £20 per person. See dates below – further dates will be added in due course.

What to bring:
- A journal/diary/notebook and pen to capture your thoughts, feelings and reflections
- A blanket to help you feel cosy, safe and warm
- Food to share as we spend time mingling
- A mug (a variety of herbal and fruity teas will be available)
