Come relax and rejuvenate with a unique blend of energy healing, guided meditation, and soothing sound vibrations. Stacia will create a peaceful atmosphere for rest, renewal and connection, and to help release stress. Whether you are new to energy healing or experienced, this event is open to all. Don't miss this opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. These will be held monthly at FriendsQuarters. Rest is medicine, and your energy deserves this 🌹

Parking: there is Pay parking along the street, alternatively can go park at Tinseltown for 2 hours for free and short walk to FriendsQuarters.

About your host:

Stacia is an intuitive energy healing practitioner, sound healer and guided meditation facilitator. Through her heart led offerings, she creates sacred space for deep remembrance. Weaving ritual, energy healing, sound, working with the feminine cycles of the moon, and elemental alchemy into her practices, sessions, and ceremonies, guiding others back into the body and back to the truth of who they are.

Stacias has been in her journey for almost 19 years attending seminar's, retreats, travelling, taking metaphysical courses, coaching, volunteering her time. Hosting / cohosting circles and ceremonies. When we gather we exchange. Everyone has a gift, a frequency that uplifts and activates something in another. The more we understand ourselves the more we understand each other. Just like the Flower of Life, we are all connected.
