Allow yourself to release, restore, and reconnect as the gentle waves of sound guide you into deep stillness and inner harmony. This is the perfect way to let go of the stresses of your week, nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.

Join me for a peaceful evening of sound bathing at Soul Sanctuary Sunderland, a dedicated wellness space created for deep rest, energetic balance, and inner connection. As you enter the space, you can leave all of your cares at the door. You can forget about the world outside for a little while and allow yourself this time and space to relax, to breathe, to just be.

You will be welcomed into our warm, cosy sanctuary, where pillows, blankets, a yoga mat, and an eye mask are thoughtfully provided for your comfort . Just bring water and your intention to relax and receive. To ensure a calm, peaceful atmosphere throughout, spaces will be limited.

This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself ~ body, mind, and spirit.

What to expect:

You will be invited to lie down comfortably on your mat, close your eyes, and simply receive. We begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle, breathe, and anchor your awareness. From there, I will play the sound therapy instruments intuitively for over an hour, allowing the sound frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to wash over you. Their vibrations ripple through your energy field, gently melting tension and opening space for clarity, alignment, and renewal. When the sound journey comes to a close, I will gently guide you back, followed by time for stillness, integration and reflection.

Sound healing works on many levels... mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. The frequencies and harmonic resonance help guide the brain into deeper states of rest (Theta) and can help release energetic blockages, dissolve heavy emotions, support inner balance, and deepen your connection to your higher self.

Many people leave feeling lighter, more centred, and in a profound state of calm and alignment, as if their energy has been gently restored.

• Cushions, blankets, a yoga mat and an eye mask are all provided for your comfort
• Healing sound frequencies from gongs, singing bowls and chimes and much more
• Optional oracle card pull for guidance and inspiration
• Peaceful candlelit ambience
• Time for grounding and reflection afterwards

What to Bring:

A yoga mat, pillow, bolster pillow, cosy blanket and eye pillow will all be provided for your comfort. You may also wish to bring

• A sealed water bottle to stay hydrated
• Wear warm, comfortable layers
• You can also bring your own mat and blankets if you wish for extra comfort and warmth

Contraindications:

Sound therapy is a gentle and low-risk holistic practice, however there are a few contraindications that mean it may not be suitable to attend. These include:

• This session is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions, including schizophrenia or unmanaged bipolar disorder, and attendance is not permitted in these cases.
• Pregnancy in the first trimester - please consult with your GP
• Having a pacemaker or serious heart condition
• Sound-induced epilepsy

Important Information:

• Please arrive around 15 minutes early to settle in. Sessions begin promptly and late arrivals cannot be admitted once the sound bath has started.
• This session is for people ages 18 and over due to the stillness and sensitivity of the experience.
• As spaces are limited, refunds aren’t available, however if more than 72 hours notice is given - you can transfer your ticket to a future event. If less than 72 hours notice is given, you’re welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to a friend if you’re unable to join us.
• Open to all experience levels - no prior meditation or sound healing experience is needed.
• Energy exchange £15 + Eventbrite booking fee
