Join us for a powerful sunrise gathering to honour the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year. A time where light reaches its peak, inviting us to awaken, expand, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life.

As the sun rises over the sea, we gather in ceremony to ignite our inner fire, open the heart, and move into the season with clarity and intention.

Through a blend of guided practices, nourishment, and connection, you’ll experience:

• Cacao Ceremony with Tove – Open the heart with ceremonial cacao, set intentions, and drop into a space of presence and connection.

• Mantra & Sound – Use voice, rhythm, and vibration to uplift energy and bring the group into alignment.

• Yoga Flow – Move through a solar-inspired, energising practice to awaken strength, vitality, and expansion.

• Breathwork & Meditation – Clear the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect to your centre.

• Fire Ceremony – Work with the element of fire to release, transform, and call in what’s next.

• Sauna & Sea Dip – Refresh and revitalise with contrast therapy, courtesy of H3O Saunas.

• Indian Breakfast Wraps & Tea by Namaste Nima – Nourish the body after practice with warming, wholesome food and drink shared in community.
