Join Anna Wooten and Jeff Severson for a deeply restorative afternoon of guided meditation, breathwork, gentle hypnosis, and immersive live music.

This unique sound bath is designed to balance the nervous system, the spiritual and physical body, and call back the pieces of your soul that long to be reclaimed.

The journey begins with intentional breathwork, led by Anna and supported by live drumming. Through rhythmic in-and-out patterns and moments of double inhale-exhale breathing, you will gently balance the nervous system and clear stagnant energy.

From there, Anna’s voice will guide you through meditation, while Jeff plays various instruments opening a safe space to reconnect with yourself and experience inner alignment.

The sound bath unfolds with live instruments played by Anna and Jeff, weaving layers of vibration and melody into a truly immersive experience. You will be bathed in the tones of:

• Triple flutes in Solar, Heart, and Resonant tones
• Harmonium in Root and Throat keys
• Gong in Root vibration
• Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
• Handpan melodies
• Drums and rattles for grounding
• Ocean drum and chimes

Together, the guided practices and sound frequencies offer a powerful nervous system reset. The music, voice, and rhythm combine to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, creating a space to soften, receive, and invite back forgotten parts of yourself.
