What to Expect:- Begin with a short meditation to help ground and set an
intention
- Then explore a group Tarot reading focused on self-
discovery
- Next, we’ll move into a restorative practice with Reiki to
further explore any thoughts and emotions that may come
to the surface
- Lastly, journal time will be offered to dig deeper with sharing
time if you are moved to do so
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Journals provided but feel free to bring your own :)
