About the Facilitators

finds her flow through music, movement, curating community gatherings, and mapping strategies that inspire healing, prosperity, and innovation.
As a life-long dancer, poet, song-writer, and musician, she finds creative expression through her band, la’ra’le. She thrives while co-creating new ventures. She is the founder of the Luminous Solutions small business consulting and entrepreneurship coaching. She is also co-founder of Gulf Coast Ecstatic Dance event series.
Lauren Lee is a philosopher’s wife and mother to a spirited 4 year old. Her prayer is that we all find the value in collaboration and power in uplifting each other!

Olivia Heusser is a wife, mother, and all-natural homemaker with a passion for Fitness, Holistic Wellness, Outdoor Adventure, and Spiritual attainment. She has been on her Spiritual journey for 16 years, Fitness journey for 14 years, Yoga for almost 13 years, and her Meditation, Mindfulness and Breathwork Journey for 10 years.

Olivia also has a robust educational history in many scientific and health-related fields.

She performed language processing Electroencephalography brain research under a mentor at the Indiana University School of Psychology and Neuroscience, and studied Behavioral Neuroscience on a Pre-Medical track at Indiana University.

Being unsure of her future career choice, she decided to move to Mississippi to pursue a new life, where she worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Holistic Wellness Consultant before deciding to return to college to continue her Pre-Medical journey.

She completed two semesters at the University of Southern Mississippi on the Gulf Coast, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, achieved a 4.0 GPA and was listed on the President’s list both semesters. She also joined the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

After having her second child as a military spouse, she realized that attending college was not a feasible option and had to re-evaluate once more. After much thought she decided to create an Integrative Wellness company with the Holistic knowledge she has accumulated for a total of nearly 14 years.

Through this process, Wholesome Wellness and Breath was born.

Future plans:

With eventual military retirement for her partner, Olivia plans to finish her degree and pursue even higher education. She also plans to take Wholesome Wellness and Breath to next level heights through her innovative Wellness Programs and Workshops Nationwide, both online and in-person, with accessible options for all ages and demographics.
