Come experience an interactive family wellness event designed to teach kids and their grown-ups how to keep calm and have fun together!
Join us for fun-filled gathering at Jones Park . Participate in this one-of-a-kind wellness workshop / playshop led by experienced practitioners from Wholesome Wellness and Breath + Gulf Coast Ecstatic Dance. Connect with like-minded individuals and build your soul family. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. We can't wait to see you there!

About the Facilitators:
Lauren Lee finds her flow through music, movement, curating community gatherings, and mapping strategies that inspire healing, prosperity, and innovation. As a life-long dancer, poet, song-writer, and musician, she finds creative expression through her band, la’ra’le . She thrives while co-creating new ventures. She is the founder of the Luminous Solutions small business consulting and entrepreneurship coaching. She is also co-founder of Gulf Coast Ecstatic Dance event series. Lauren Lee is a philosopher’s wife and mother to a spirited 4 year old. Her prayer is that we all find the value in collaboration and power in uplifting each other!
Olivia Heusser is an all-natural homemaker, wife and mother of two with a deep long-standing passion for Fitness, Holistic Wellness and Inner-Work. Her offerings include Functional Fitness, Mobility and Flexibility programs, Guided Meditation and Breathwork Instruction, and Holistic Wellness Education. Her goals include building Wholesome Wellness and Breath into a strong resource for all ages and demographics to access when seeking profound transformation in any area of life.
