Soul Connection Meditation with Usui Reiki

Come and join Louise for a gentle guided meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space to hear what your soul may be showing you. You will begin with grounding and cleansing, before moving through a visualisation journey of release, change and transformation. This will lead into a period of silent contemplation accompanied by gentle music, allowing you to turn inward and simply be. During this time, Louise will offer focused individual Usui Reiki healing using a hands-off approach. Reiki will also be sent energetically throughout the meditation.
