Winter is Coming! A remarkable time when Nature slows and becomes more quiet, more turned-in, more monochromatic, more nurturing of its energy. And while it's ideal to align with what Nature calls us to do, before we can tone down and slow down, we, as a society, have a few fancy weeks of fanfare! Whether you're embodying the magic of the holiday season or the magic of nature's season, we must first fill our own cups and replenish! We must nurture our WHOLE SELVES--Mind, Body and Spirit. Come join Olivia Anne and a like-minded community at her Soul Circle as we welcome winter and love ourselves up! Bring your yoga mat, water, a journal, an open mind and permission to take a devoted time-out!
