Join us for an evening to renew mind, body, and spirit through the natural practices of : aromatherapy, breathwork, sound, and yoga. We end the evening with delicious cacao and dessert.This evening is an acknowledgement to Replenish for maintaining balance and harmony. Seasonally the harvest is complete as we prepare for colder months ahead. Looking at this year's harvest some questions to consider for the evening. What can you carry forward to sustain you? What taught you lessons that you hold dear? Is there anything you can lay down to lighten your load ?
Doors open @ 5:00pm. Activities will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Aromatherapeutic Breathwork+Meditation | The art of aromatherapy supports the deepening of the breath which slows down the mind for clarity. Scents help you to feel grounded by stabilizing your mind and heart. Aromatherapy supports lung health and emotional wellness.
Aromatherapeutic Blend : Frankincense. Lavender. Myrrh. Palmarosa.
Yoga Practice | Gentle slow moving patterns and postures set to open shoulders and hips for Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Replenish is the perfect time to rejuvenate for personal soul care. Savasana includes a warm rolled towel for neck support. Optional, eye covering cloth with the aromatherapeutic blend to soften your senses while opening your heart. Soft music with live crystal bowl will be played for a sweet reset.
Refreshments GF+V | Post practice enjoy our sensational Pear+Lemon Thyme Mini Bread served with a side of Baked Pears with Cardamom +Warm Sacred Cacao with a touch of cinnamon and local honey. Water is also be available.
