Adopt-A-Family is one of The Care Service's most cherished traditions. Each year, The Care Service coordinates hundreds of community volunteers (individuals, groups, and businesses) to provide wish list items for program participants. The holiday season is often a difficult time, especially for those struggling with mental health issues, financial concerns, and relationship challenges, who often feel alone and unseen. The Adopt-A-Family program ensures that everyone we are working with experiences a joyful Christmas by providing not only food and gifts, but also the knowledge that their community cares about them.
