Family Fitness is a high-energy, workout designed for parents and children to move, sweat and have fun together. This upbeat class combines short bursts of cardio, strength and functional exercises, with playful challenges that keep the whole family engaged, active and motivated.
Perfect for building fitness and confidence, and spending quality time together. Suitable from 4 to 16 years old.
£5 for 4 people. All children must be accompanied by an adult, ticket can be any mixture of children and adults.
