Join us for Sony Day at Norman Camera featuring Sony Technical Representative Barrett “Bear” McGivney!
This is a full day of hands-on learning, gear exploration, and photography education designed for photographers of all levels—whether you’re just getting started or have been shooting for years.

Throughout the day, Bear will be in-store offering:
• 📸 Live demos of the latest Sony cameras & lenses from Sony
• ❓ Q&A sessions to help with your gear and workflow
• 🔄 FREE firmware updates
• 🎓 A 1-hour class on Location Portraiture
📷 Location Portraiture Workshop (Grand Finale)
We’ll head to Celery Flats for a hands-on shooting experience featuring:
• A live model
• Guided portrait instruction from Sony Tech Rep Barrett McGivney
• Techniques for natural light + supplemental lighting
• Creative use of scenic structures and backgrounds
🕔 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🕜 Schedule
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM → In-store class (Location Portraiture)
• All day → Gear demos, Q&A, firmware updates
• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM → Outdoor workshop at Celery Flats
