We’ll begin with a gentle forest bathing experience and align with the energy of the season during a curated sound immersion by Sofia Paloma, featuring her 12+ instrument ensemble, for a beautifully layered, vibrational journey.

After the sound experience, refresh and hydrate at the Barrel & Blood Dirty Soda Bar, add some sparkle at the Glam, Glow & Glitter Station, and slip on your headphones...

Then we will join Kat Harmon under the stars for a movement mediation. No prior dance experience necerssary, move as you choose!
