This isn’t just about breathing.
It’s an immersive journey inward. 🌀
Sonic Neural Breathwork combines deep, connected breathing with music, intentional movement, vocal expression, and sound to create space for the body to release held tension, emotion, and energy.
You may be invited to move.
To shake.
To make sound.
To express.
To soften.
To surrender.
Rather than forcing a release, we allow the body to lead and give it permission to express what may have been held beneath the surface.
🧠 The second intention of the journey is to move beyond the thinking mind.
Through sustained rhythmic breathing, music, and sensory immersion, we explore altered states of awareness and what is sometimes described as transient hypofrontality — a temporary quieting of the brain systems involved in constant thinking, analyzing, and self-monitoring.
As the thinking mind becomes less dominant, the experience can feel like moving through different layers of consciousness — from thought, into sensation, emotion, imagery, stillness, and deeper self-awareness.
The intention is not to become someone new.
It is to create enough space to experience what is underneath all the noise.
And after the breath, we transition into a deeply grounding sound bath, allowing the body time to settle, integrate, and simply receive. ✨
