This extraordinary event combines Breath & Sound to create a potent, transformational healing journey. Drop in deep into your lungs, your heart, your body and your Spirit with Breathwork lead by Shanti O'Connor, skillfully supported by 432 Hz Crystal Bowls, live Didgeridoo, Reiki, Flutes, Healing Gongs & more!

Sound Alchemist and Reiki Master Teacher Lisa Swisher will be leading you on this Medicine Music journey. She is joined by Sean Pepers on drums, guitar and didgeridoo and Donna B. on Native Flute.

Reiki energy heals. So does conscious Breath, Music and pure Sound. They are all flowing freely into the group!

Please arrive a little early to sign in, get settled and enjoy our live musicians. Wear comfy clothing, bring a thick yoga mat or camping pad, pillow, blanket & eye pillow (if needed), and a desire to be uplifted and transported through sacred sound!
