Sacred Scents: Create Your Own Ritual Sprays With Essential Oils

Scent has been used in spiritual traditions for centuries to shift energy, deepen ritual, and support intentional living. In this immersive and creative workshop, you’ll explore the art of crafting ritual sprays—aromatic blends designed to support emotional states, spiritual practices, and energetic environments.

You’ll be guided through the energetic and aromatic qualities of essential oils, learning how scent can influence mood, awareness, and intention.

Guests will create three different ritual sprays, each designed to support a specific energetic intention:

• Energetic Cleansing — for clearing stagnant energy and refreshing your space

• Rest & Tranquility — to promote calm, relaxation, and deeper rest

• Joy & Upliftment — for lightness, positivity, and emotional brightness

As you blend your sprays, you’ll be invited to reflect on the intentions you want to infuse into each creation, transforming simple aromatic mists into meaningful personal ritual tools.

Your sprays can be used to:

• refresh your home or workspace
• support meditation or spiritual practice
• reset energy before or after challenging moments
• create a calming atmosphere for rest and relaxation
• anchor personal intentions through scent

All materials are included, and each participant will leave with three handcrafted ritual sprays and the knowledge to continue exploring the connection between scent, energy, and intention.

This workshop is designed to be relaxing, creative, and experiential, offering a space to slow down, connect inward, and enjoy crafting something meaningful in community.

Emily Miller is a lifelong, generational artist and crafter and the creative force behind Art Oracle Emily and Stages Doula. Raised in a lineage of strong, creative women, she weaves spirituality, intuition, and handcraft into everything she offers.

Her work centers on personal connection and personal development, honoring art as both ritual and remembrance. Through fiber arts, intentional crafting, and sacred space holding, Emily guides others to move through life’s stages with strength, creativity, and soul-led intention.
