You’ll be guided through a layered sound journey with singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments from around the world.

These vibrational frequencies help quiet mental chatter, slow brainwave activity, and gently guide the nervous system out of stress and into a state of rest and regulation.

As you relax to the sounds, Natalia (Usui Reiki Master and Crystal Reiki Master/Instructor) will offer gentle one-on-one Reiki to support energetic balance and release.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and energetic flow. It will be offered through light hands-on touch or hands-off hovering, based on your comfort and preference.

Sound and Reiki are complementary vibrational therapies: sound uses external vibration to calm the mind and shift the body into parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) mode, while Reiki supports energetic release, chakra balance, and deeper restoration. Together, they create a powerful reset experience.
