Songwriting Sauna Social

Join us for the Songwriting Sauna Social— a focused session to get inspired for new songs and develop existing material. Suitable for songwriters at any level, the workshop will give you a boost in your creative process.

The workshop will be followed by a social sauna session, offering a way to continue the conversation after the workshop and reset. It’s an ideal setting for anyone looking to focus their writing, meet other musically minded people and enjoy the heat of the sauna.

• 5.30pm-6.30pm Social Sauna Session

Spaces are highly limited so be sure to book soon.

There's a sliding scale for ticket prices, feel free to choose the amount that works the best for you. The usual sauna + social session at the sauna costs £25

The session is facilitated by Eastwood Forest Sauna host Anna Tiia Sorjonen, who is a Glasgow based creative and the leader of Spare Arts.
