This session offers a welcoming space to explore how songwriting can support you with self-expression, building emotional awareness and reflecting on your personal experiences.

🎵 Developing Song Ideas

🌀 Word Association Games

🎭 Collaborative Storytelling

✍️ Freewriting and Lyric Creation

Who is this for?
This workshop is open to anyone aged 16 and above who wants to use creativity to explore their emotions. There is no experience needed.
