We have teamed up with BOXPARK Croydon for their Wellness Week 2025.
Join Patrick Sinclair on Sunday 26th January 2025 for our PowerWave with SinFit class in the main arena.
*10 am - 11 am*
PowerWave - The revolutionary 20-minute workout!
Improve your fitness, lean muscle, metabolism, strength, and lose weight with PowerWave, a 20-minute full-body weights, and cardio workout! Its unique timers will keep you challenging yourself and your coach Patrick will motivate and encourage you no matter what fitness level you are!
This session will be extended from 20 mins to 1 hour - incorporating circuits.
You do not want to miss out!!
Only £8 per person
Wear comfortable workout clothing and trainers. Bring your own water and hand towel.
