About this Event
Join First Nations singer-songwriter Pamela Levi from Elsipogtog First Nation every other Thursday for an interactive songwriting circle at the Pendergast Log Cabin! Meet with other writers and musicians and have a chance to share an original song and receive feedback from each other in a safe space.
Bring your acoustic instruments if you have them & your song book/journal!
Pam Levi is a First Nations singer/songwriter from Elsipogtog First Nation with three independently recorded albums. She has collaborated with many artists and spends most of her time in her family's recording student where she works as an audio engineer and supporting artist for other artists. She has appeared on APTN's The Candy Show and has performed with the Barra McNeil's, Jesse Cox, Hubert Francis and many others.
As a facilitator, Pam has hosted songwriters circles with David Myles, Naomi Shobha, Lucie Idlout and Dave West. She shares her love of writing with her whole musical family and looks at music as self-therapy because for her, music is medicine.
