Not sure what to study, which school to choose, or how to begin your post-secondary journey?
Join Yes Youth and Women Can (YYWC) for YOUR NEXT STEP: College & University Pathways Workshop, a free interactive session designed to help students and young adults better understand their college and university options and begin building a clear education plan.
Whether you are preparing for post-secondary education, have recently finished high school, are considering returning to school, or are a parent supporting a young person through the process, this workshop will provide practical information, guidance and resources to help you move forward with greater confidence.
What You’ll Learn
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Explore different college and university pathways
- Better understand admission requirements
- Learn about scholarships, OSAP and other financial aid options
- Begin building a personal education action plan
- Ask questions about the post-secondary application process
- Learn about resources that can support their next steps
What to Expect
This will be an interactive and informative experience featuring:
- Insights from college and university recruitment professionals
- A student panel and live Q&A
- Free education resources
- Opportunities to ask questions and receive practical guidance
- Access to one-on-one EEAW support after the workshop
