Songs for Summertime instead of the Monthly Monday Organ Recital
A change of programme and performers due to an electrical switch problem with the Willis Pipe organ which we are working to resolve urgently - until it is fixed we are unfortunately not permitted to use the Willis organ for worship or concerts.
Jacob Collins and Ros Whatmore present a collection of songs by Schubert, Vaughan-Williams, Quilter and more, as our multi-talented Director of Music sings while Ros plays the grand piano.
There is no admission charge but there will be a retiring collection to help pay for this event and raise funds for the ongoing maintenance of the Willis pipe organ (especially the current problem). Hot drinks and cakes will be available from 12 noon. Bring your own sandwiches.
