Songfield: A relational presence singing space

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Songfield is a gathering space for singing rooted in relational presence. We connect through song, embodiment, and relational mindfulness practices, inviting a more conscious music-making experience to deepen our aliveness as we play and create in the group field.
We learn songs together, including folk, traditional, spiritual, and chant songs, and we explore how becoming more present and attuned to our bodies and with one another can enhance our singing with more truthful expression, love, passion, and a fuller spectrum of our humanness. While we practice together, we also focus on the quality of connection between us, drawing closer to what matters as we cultivate and nourish the ground of relationship from which our singing arises.

Songfield is facilitated by Adam Sippola, with a flexible structure that leaves room for inspiration and improvisation.
