In our 30-minute Song & Sound Meditation, Margo LeDuc takes you on a journey to go deeper and deeper inside.

She guides the room through periods of sound or song, interspersed with short moments of silence.

It all works together to help you reduce stress, ease anxiety, and settle you into a real sense of peace and balance.

The outside world falls away, and for 30 minutes you just bathe in the healing power of collective sound.
