𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
1. Booking Amount: ₹3,000 is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
2. Final Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before the trip departure date.
3. Last-Minute Bookings (within 15 days): Full payment is required at the time of booking.
𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
1. For booking confirmation, a booking amount is required. The remaining amount must be completed within the time frame mentioned in the payment policy.
2. If you make payment via UPI or bank transfer, please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at 7084827262
3. After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
4. If your preferred slot is unavailable, an alternate schedule as per your preference will be arranged, and a new confirmation will be shared on WhatsApp.
5. If all slots are full or not available, you can choose to cancel the booking and a full refund will be processed.
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:
1. Booking are first come and first serve basis only
2. Only limited seats available.
3. Train seats depends on availability only (Lower Birth is subject to availability only, please cooperate with group members)
4. Gir national park safari permit is subject to availability only. (Min. 5 booking required for Jeep Safari)
5. You can also opt Devaliya Bus Safari (in Rs 150 per person only)
6. It's a budget & economical trip.

8. This is a group trip, best for Solo Travellers and Senior Citizens (age below 70)
9. In case of train cancellation, will arrange other options to reach our destination, due to this members may will be charge extra according to situation.
𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
1. More than 30 days before departure:
10% of the total trip cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
2. 15 to 30 days before departure:
25% of the total trip cost or ₹3,000, whichever is lower, will be deducted.
3. 7 to 14 days before departure:
50% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
4. Less than 7 days before departure:
No refund will be provided.
