Please RSVP only if you intend to join.
Participation shall be considered confirmed after the advance payment.
This event is organized on a nonprofit basis, and you are required to help in organizing.
Terms & Conditions:
The photos/videos content created on the trip can/will be used for marketing.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins.
Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
Government IDs are required. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
No refunds shall be made once payment is done.
Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.
Organizor shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
Car Policy:
We prefer members bringing their cars
All fuel shall be shared among members
Car should be insured
Any damage during the trip shall be taken care by all participants
