Arrive and Decompress
Info: Feel free to play your items in a locker.
Check in with Nancy at the Front Desk
Info: Please arrive ten minutes early to check in before our session
Put on your white socks
Info: To help protect the salt, we ask that you wear white socks. Nancy has some to lend, if you need.
Enter the salt cave and select an ergo chair
Info: Relax into a chair and allow yourself to take in the breadth of the space.
Take a centering breath
Info: Invite a cleansing breath in with tons of Himalayan salt all around.
Enjoy a slow embodied movement in your chair
Info: Connect the breath to reduce stress and relax during this yoga class.
Recline back for a guided meditation
Info: You yoga practice will be let by Michelle Rae Sobi and is appropriate for all students seeking mindfulness.
Set an intention for your upcoming week
Info: Taking a bit of time to set an intention for the week can create a North Star for you life.
