Take an hour to pause, reset, and reconnect through the healing power of sound.

This monthly sound immersion is designed to support relaxation, grounding, nervous system restoration, and energetic balance through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments.

Unlike my premium Soul Sound Journeys infused with Antojai Quantum Reiki®, this experience is intentionally simple, gentle, and accessible — making it perfect for first-time attendees as well as those seeking a peaceful energetic reset in a welcoming group setting.

Come as you are. Rest, receive, and allow the frequencies of sound to help quiet the mind and restore inner harmony.

This Sound Journey is part of a monthly alignment container, designed to support ongoing recalibration and energy flow. New participants are welcome anytime — each month’s journey offers subtle nuances while the core experience remains integrative and restorative.
