Once again Myself & Claire will reunite to bring you a funfit & funfilled evening of
🧘‍♀️Somatic Yoga Movement
🪭Belly Dancing
💙Connection & Laughter
⚕️Well-Being
The last one was so good we knew we had to collobate again ...............
But this time .............

We dance around the 'Fire Pit' as the Sun goes down
We will start the evening with Somatic Yoga getting nicely relaxed, & prepared for the evening ahead, followed by a Belly Dancing Workshop, stop for Evening Tea then Dance around the Fire. We will close with Relaxation & Meditation
At the Namashanti Yoga Experience it is so importntant for me to keep my events affordable for everyone so the price for this amazing evening is only £65 inlcuding Tea (which will be light snacks & Herbal Tea)
There may also be some other surprises too, but I'll let you know along the way

What do I need to bring?
YOU! - firstly bring you & ✨'Come as you are' ✨
You can bring clothes to wear for Yoga then change for Belly Dancing, or just rock up in your baggies - what ever you feel comfortable wearing - wear that! 😊
For Yoga
I supply all equipment but feel free to bring your own
Mat
Pillow/cushion
Blanket
Bolster
Eye Pillow
Water
For Belly Dancing
Claire supplies Butterfly wings, scarves - all sorts of stuff
But if you already dance or want to bring your own please do
