Yin invites you to slow down and soften, offering a chance to truly rest and restore. While the pace is slow and poses are held for longer, the practice can be surprisingly challenging, not physically, but in the depth of presence and self-exploration it invites.
Rather than focusing on the "achievement" of the pose, this class encourages you to tune in, listen, and simply be with what is. We’ll use props to support the body, allowing space for relaxation, release, and reconnection.
