On the second day of Christmas, step out of the holiday noise and into your body’s truth.
Join me for a deep, nourishing ceremony where breath, voice, and vibration guide you home to yourself.
We begin by awakening the body through gentle Pranayama, followed by somatic vocal practices that invite your primal sound to rise—raw, healing, and liberating.
We close with a restorative sound bath, allowing frequency and resonance to soothe the nervous system and settle the spirit.
Afterwards, you’re warmly welcome to join an optional sauna session.
(Please bring a towel if you wish to sauna.)
