As we move into the soft glow of the fourth advent, you are warmly invited to gather in community, open your heart, and settle into gentle ceremony and nourishment.

Cacao Ceremony & Sharing Circle held by Ray
We open together with ceremonial cacao, intention, reflection, and connection.
🌬️ Gentle Pranayama & Sound Bath by Insa
After the circle, we move into a soft Pranayama practice followed by a soothing sound bath to ground, restore, and harmonize the body.
🍲 18:30 — Potluck Dinner (Optional)
For those who would like to stay, we’ll share a potluck meal.
Bring a plate if you wish — all food is welcome.
🔥 Optional Sauna After
Bring a towel if you’d like to enjoy the sauna.
