Join Isabel, Lish and Siri for Main Street Yoga's first gong all nighter- consciously creating a space of renewal for the spring equinox - we will begin with an hour of ecstatic dance- dancing through the elements.

Then we will move into a space of continual sound- while you have the opportunity to rest, journal and meditate. We will relax to gentle and relaxing gong sounds all night long.

We will end this experience with grounding breathwork and light movement- sending you into this new season of spring.

Snacks, tea and yoga props will be provided. Please bring a pillow and an extra mat for more cushion. Option to bring your journal for notes- we will have some for purchase if you need one.
