This is a FREE one hour Childbirth basics course that we will cover the important topics of labor and delivery that can help you have a better/easier labor experience, no matter where you are choosing to have your baby! Hospital, birth center or at home!
Feel free to bring your partner, or come alone
If you can, please bring a yoga mat for yourself!
These classes are open to the public and are not just for birth center patients!
Every month we will have one class that will go over different topics.
Join in on all of them or just the topics important to you.

Come learn the basics on how to rock your pregnancy to achieve a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum while meeting other families in your community! We recommend having someone watch your children so you will be able to be engaged in the class.
