This Sound Circle becomes your sanctuary for mental calmness, rest a place to soften, release, and remember yourself.

Through crystal bowls, voice, and therapeutic frequencies, you will be guided into a state of deep rest and inner quiet. In that stillness, the body naturally repairs, the heart unburdens, and the spirit rises.

Lighting will be intentionally minimal to honor the nervous system and deeped relaxation.

Yoga mat or and blanket, body pillow for the floor to lay on or recline on
Blanket or shawl to put over you

The floor can be hard, your body temperture will shift as you relax. Please bring anything that supports your comfort.

Sweats, eye mask, socks, hat, layers

Our community centers Black Women Wellness, however at this offering we welcome the Men and Ally's who love us teens 14 and up to this event.

This is your pause, your reset, your sacred moment to exhale.

Encourged to dress in comfy sweats, loose fit clothing and in layers some may experience body temperture changes or you can come in pj's and go straight to bed when you get home! Location is near Empire Blvd and Flatbush in Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn, NY Registered guest will receive the exact address.
