The Somatic Restorative Yoga Training is a 40-hour continuing education immersion that explores rest as medicine and stillness as transformation.Rooted in restorative yoga and expanded through a somatic and nervous-system-informed lens, this training helps teachers, therapists, and facilitators hold space for embodied rest, regulation, and renewal.
Participants will learn how to weave principles of titration, pendulation, and interoception into restorative yoga, cultivating practices that foster safety, release, and emotional integration. This approach bridges science and spirit, grounding the art of rest in both nervous system literacy and sacred presence.
