Come cozy up in the very depth of the winter months and be guided into a relaxing yin practice accompanied by live harp. Winter is the most yin of all seasons. It is a potent time for replenishment, introspection, conservation, and stillness. This practice will be a gently lead and propped slow stretch to bring awareness to the areas of the body that house the kidney and bladder meridians associated with winter and the element of water. The addition of live music by Louise van der Eijk, licensed mental health counselor and principal harpist for the Meridian Symphony Orchestra, offers that extra level of melt. Let the resonance of the strings and the vibration of the good people around you leave you feeling renewed and relaxed. Tea will beoffered at the end of class so please bring a cup.
