During this time, we feel the need to hibernate and go within. No animal represents this better than the mighty bear. Spiritually, the bear symbolizes strength, courage, introspection, andhealing.
Bear energy may signal a time to tap into your inner strength, seek quiet time for healing, assert your protective instincts, or embrace a period of personal transformation and deeper connection to nature.
We will smudge our painting to clear the energy, paint powerful Bear spirit energy onto our canvas to bring in introspection and slowing down these winter months.
I will have a variety of canvas sizes, stencils, paint, pens, and acrylic paint. Bring what you want to drink and a snack if you would like. This class will be limited to 12 people.
