About this Event
Join us for a transformative experience in the beautiful Redwood Grove at the National AIDS Memorial in Golden Gate Park.
RECALIBRATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM @ our Redwood Grove Sacred Sound Bath
(MAKE SURE YOU READ BELOW, "WHAT TO BRING.")
The Logos Method uses Sound to teach you how to have a relationship with your nervous system. We begin by teaching you how the body receives vibrations and the optimal way to receive them. Then we create a container for you to feel safe and prepared for the journey within. Unlike other sound baths, The Logos Method centers around one rhythm or sound for an extended period, allowing your brain and body to fully align with its vibration. This focused resonance penetrates your nervous system deeply, leading to an extraordinary sense of relaxation, calm, and inner peace. Many clients have described feeling more relaxed than ever before, with a still mind, tension-free muscles, including significant emotional release and healing. Some participants report experiencing altered states of consciousness. We recommend that you come experience it for yourself.
Join us in the majestic Redwood Grove in Golden Gate Parks, National AIDS Memorial. This sacred land is waiting to welcome you. We look forward to sharing this powerful experience with you!

Our HOST, The National AIDS Memorial
Healing, hope, remembrance, and history about the AIDS epidemic in America
By sharing the story of the struggle against HIV/AIDS, we remember, in perpetuity, the lives lost, we offer healing and hope to survivors, and we inspire new generations of activists in the fight against stigma, denial, and hate for a just future.
The Grove is a 10-acre memorial for those impacted by AIDS. Located in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, it's a dedicated space for healing, hope, and remembrance. This sacred ground honors those who have fought against this ongoing pandemic.
AIDS continues to invade our lives, violate our past, and rob us of our comfortable assumptions about the future. The sacred ground of this living memorial honors all who have confronted this tragic pandemic both those who have died and those who have shared their struggle, kept the vigils, and supported each other during the final hours.
We are honored to be able to use this sacred land to host our Sound Baths. May the Sound Journeys in the Grove bring hope and renewal to all who join us. May we be inspired to carry the torch to fight injustice and be there for one another.
LAND Acknowledgement
The Logos Method acknowledges that we use the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone peoples, who are the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula. We wish to pay our respects to the Ancestors and Relatives of the Ramaytush Community and to affirm their sovereign rights as First Peoples. We honor the Ramaytush Ohlone for their enduring commitment to steward Mother Earth. We recognize that the Ramaytush Ohlone have lived in harmony with nature for millennia, and that to achieve a truly ecologically sustainable future for San Francisco, we must embrace Indigenous traditional ecological knowledge in how we care for the city’s lands, waters, and all its people. As a reminder, the process of colonization is ongoing and still adversely affects the indigenous people from the Bay Area. We encourage you to keep this in mind everyday.
BIPOC Inclusive
We welcome sliding scale for BIPOC community members who have any financal hardship. The Logos Method is designed to help reduce triggers, soften tramuas, and connect us to deep peace. When these pathways are unblocked, we are able to respond to life from a less reactive place and tap into our hearts desires and creativity.
