Meet The Weekend Wellness Team:

Kelly Powers, MA, Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist

Kelly, also known as The Mediterranean Diet Dietitian™, holds a master’s degree in Food Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She’s also a Registered Dietitian with a Graduate Certificate in Dietetics. Her mission is to harness the power of self-love through nourishing foods. Kelly does this by creating culinary experiences that promote healthy living through organic, nutrient-rich meals that are inspired by the Mediterranean diet. Kelly’s dishes highlight locally sourced ingredients that are anti-inflammatory and delicious.

Lauren Keeler, Wellness & Chill Founder and Certified Sound Bath Practitioner

Lauren is a reiki and sound bath certified practitioner that launched her passion project, Wellness & Chill, in 2023. This social wellness club offers pop-up events and retreats that promote relaxation through mindful self-care techniques, such as guided meditation and reiki infused sound meditation.
