Join Leslie Smith, ERYT & Certified Transformational Coach, for a Somatic Movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body and release tension. This gentle practice focuses on slow, mindful movements to enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and foster balance.
Expect a nurturing environment where you can explore body-centered approaches, release physical and emotional tensions, and embrace your body’s wisdom for healing and self-discovery. Suitable for all experience levels, this workshop offers a supportive space for women to deepen their personal connection.
