Join us for an all-levels yoga class that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
Led by Leslie Smith, an ERYT and Certified Transformation Coach, each session is crafted to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Set against the stunning scenery of Finley Farms, this class provides the ideal chance to reset, recharge, and find inner peace.
Bring your mat, an open heart, and a willingness to flow. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a newcomer, this monthly class invites you to slow down and focus on your well-being.
