Join Mars Beck for a gentle somatic movement and sound bath experience designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep rest. The evening will begin with 20 minutes of gentle somatic movement to help relax the body and settle the mind, followed by a 55 minute sound bath for deeper restoration and grounding. Through slow, intuitive movement, breath, and guided sensory attention, participants are invited to reconnect with the body and release stored tension. This practice encourages inner ease, presence, and connection to the body’s innate wisdom. Open to all bodies and abilities.

About Mars:
Mars is a sound bath practitioner devoted to creating restorative experiences through sound and grounding movement. Her immersive sessions are designed to guide participants into deep relaxation, presence, and inner connection through a gentle, intuitive approach that welcomes all backgrounds and experience levels.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
