An all-levels somatic yoga and meditation class that gently weaves mindful movement, breath, and meditation to build loving self-awareness and a sense of aliveness. Students are guided to sense, feel, and listen to their bodies with curiosity and compassion, honoring personal choice and individual pacing. The class supports nervous-system balance, and a deeper connection to self—welcoming every body, every experience, just as it is.
